Tarlton Corinthians (Whites) 1
Much better from Afc Lytham today. They have clearly worked on their shape and dominated proceedings. They could of scored several more but failed with the final pass. Unfortunate that only due to an own-goal they conceded. Next week they travel to the infamous Lea Utd.

The script seemed written after Corinthians went down to 10 men after a crazy attack on young Jake Summers. But it wasn't to be due to the resilience shown by the home team. They managed to score a against the run of play early goal and then defended for their lives. All be it fortunate that Kyle Pieri showed up in the 98th min to secure a draw and keep this unbeaten run going.

Absolute destruction from the Afc lads today. They showed no mercy on a team that looked unfit to watch the beautiful game let alone grace a pitch. Strong performance from all the lads but far more challenging games to come. Let's hope the boys can carry on this strong form.

A fairly straight forward game, Afc Lytham looked in great shaped and dominated the game throughout. Everyone played their part and plenty of chances were created.

Unfortunately the VEO wasn't set up until Afc Lytham were already 2-0 ahead.
This game was 2nd vs 3rd and what a cracking match it was. End to end and anybody could have taken away the spoils. First half belonged to Afc Lytham looking confident winning 3-1 at the break but 2nd half Fc Romania came back, and thanks to a very late header from the box-to-box dynamo Reece Duffy Lytham took home the points.

Confidence was high with Afc Lytham after their thumping of Chorley last week. They started the game strong with a flurry of chances that they should have put away. They did manage to get to half time up 3-1 though, signs were starting to show the other team were already tiring. As the game got to around 60 mins Joran Caine decided to get involved and managed to bag a late Hatrick in this rout. Jake Swarbrick has been side-lined in the early stages of this season but was able to grab a couple goals from the bench in the dyeing stages

Very comfortable game for Lytham. Early domination became the norm through the match. Plenty of chances created and the score line really should have been more. Tarren Moxon was exceptional today and topped his performance off with a Hatrick.

Disappointing game for AFC Lytham, the game wasn't helped by the fact the referee didn't show up. Especially because of how physical the game ended up being. Only positives for Lytham were the 2 late goals by Reece Duffy to salvage a draw.

Afc Clayton 4
In a much tighter game than expected Afc Lytham came out on top. The small pitch and long grass made it hard for Lytham to play their usual style and they struggled to deal with the long balls in behind. Even so they managed to battle out to a victory thanks to Danny Murphy coming off the bench to slot home the winner.

Kirkham Seniors 1
A familiar foe from the previous season. Kirkham Seniors proved to be hard to break down at times but through some excellent goals from new signing Taz, Afc Lytham were able to take control of the game despite being a goal down early.

Very strong performance from Afc Lytham that should of ended up a far bigger score line. Chances creation has really improved the last couple weeks and Lytham just really need to start taking these chances.

In-house friendly that gave neutrals everything. Goals, chances and defensive errors. Could of gone either way but still a great watch.

Blackpool Afc Lytham 3
Another close pre-season match for Afc Lytham. Once again Lytham started slowly and despite creating a few half chances, we found ourselves behind from being unable to clear the ball out of our box. Lytham pressed the away team hard for an equaliser but were unable to convert their chances. The away team then took advantage of a very poor defensive decision to attempt to take the ball around the opposition striker and capitalised ending the half 2-0. The were some positives for Lytham in the 1st half which was a strong performance from Jake Walley adapting to playing at Left-Back.
After a few changes the 2nd Half Lytham really grew into the game and could sense the away team tiring. Lytham opened their account through Adam Fishwick but were immediately pegged back from a rocket strike that the Lytham keeper could only parry into another opposition players path for 3-1. Lytham shook themselves off and kept looking for opportunities. The opportunities came and were taken in a flurry of goals from Reece Duffy, Jordan Foster, Adam Fishwick and a delightful Cross/Shot form Jamie Houghton.

Cleveleys Fc 1
Very close game where both teams had plenty of chances. Cleveleys took the lead through a fine finish to the bottom corner but didn't capitalise on several chances after that. Lytham re-grouped and started creating chances themselves. Co-manager and 21/22 top goal scorer Jake Swarbrick came on to be that difference. His clinical R9 style first goal seemed to give Lytham the confidence to push on for the win. Cleveleys battled to the end and created several good chances but didn't put them away, allowing Lytham to sneak away with the victory with 2 late goals from Adam Fishwick.
